Good old PIL ..... they did this a few years back ....
"Sophisticated" management spent about 6 months telling the market they were gunna get money from some shady / unreliable source .
When the stock listed huge .turnover and she shot up .... and anyone who could read between the lines made some good $$ bucks
The big difference now is that their graphics look a lot smarter and sophisticated ...so they they should be able to share their dream with more wood ducks
