Yeah I think you are right ref your comments on AI .
Certainly not to be underestimated !

Hopefully the acquisition of the AI business does actually splice in some "experienced smarts " that can accelerate & automate the multitude of micro steps that are involved in doing what they are trying to do .

Its all about transaction volume and pleasant seamless / experiences in using same . If PIL cant deliver that ( and personally I think their track record of delivery has been pathetic ) ...then the dream is over .
