Accounts are fixable and there was no insolvency problem at the half yearly point following the CR. Maybe there is a dispute internally, or with the auditor, or even with the ASX. Lack of communication leads to unnecessary speculation. There is however a problem looming with funding because the one sale per month per 5,000 outlets is not taking off sufficiently as was proposed. Along with the Realtek debt to be resolved and funding for further development of Gen 4 etc, there will be the need for another CR unless something from left field like OEMs happens. Throwing in the towel now would seem unlikely when there would be at least one more chance to raise funds. Hope we can rely on JM's Houdini like traits to keep this going.
