Managements claim that they are competing with only a half dozen or so FDA approved devices is almost irrelevant. Sure most are not FDA approved, but there are many far cheaper than the HP Pro and which would serve the same purpose. Nuheara always has priced itself out of the market. Both !QMax 2 and HP Pro (technically similar) could also be competing in the general bluetooth, noise suppression, bud arena as well as in the hearing sector. To pivot all into an as yet undeveloped market when total sales were crucial to the survival of the company so far has not paid off.
