At this time we have been advised that we can only comment as follows..

1. As of now , while our half year financials statements have been prepared , the directors have not approved and filed them , as we are working through a number of important strategic items which are relevant to the forward position of the business and the release of the financial statements.
We acknowledge that this means our shares are suspended from trading and are keen to resolve and communicate with shareholders as is possible.
The company, as always , will continue to keep shareholders updated
