TP, I have spoken with someone connected to the company. Their words were that all correspondence needs to go to the board as that's where the "situation" lies. I would encourage everyone to send emails to the various members of the board.
As has been said in other posts, the figures have been compiled, completed, etc, but directors are hesitant to sign off on things. I have no idea what that means and could only speculate but it is very clear things are grim. I'm changing my sentiment. And I take no joy in this as I'm pretty heavily invested (for me!).
