what I was told was that the auditor has signed off. All the figures etc were done. Auditors were professional and independent. That all directors were well aware of their obligations in terms of continuous disclosure. That they were not comfortable signing off until some strategic items were addressed. So as per usual with this company, it gets down to semantics. What does strategic mean? There is no point contacting IR at the moment.
