Yeah I see what you are saying but the auditors are working on figures that are for the period pre xmas. So what has happened after is for the next quarter. If presented with the figures and they add up then there is no reason not to sign off. I am really suss on the fact they miraculous fell at exactly 2 quarters left.
I think without a doubt you are right that they have to raise funds.
