You would have to surmise that if realtek ( who obviously haven't coughed up any new funds yet ) either A- No longer believe in what Nuheara are trying to do B- Are going to take the IP and do it themselves C- Want drastic change in at the top before anymore funds are put in - It doesnt look like they are going to put in anymore funds, the last raise ( without them) was an absolute disaster, so who do they turn to to get funds?

If the current board believes in what they are doing so much, they could easily A -Put money in themselves to keep it going B- reduce staff numbers to only those that are required C - take no pay for the next six months as they all have been paid a fortune to date D- mortgage there own houses to keep it afloat if ( what we are led to believe) is success just around the corner.
