The amount of $ that have gone through this company's hands has been plenty to advertise if spent wisely.
The issue is trying to find a target market and then you have the classic basketball promotion - gee how many did that sell!!!?
There has never been a shortage of $ just shortage of where the $ are spent and $ going out as wages and expenses in a start up?????

Go have a look at VIN and KBC if you want to see how hard it is to refinance when somebody has you by the nuts. You would simply be buying into current sales and we know they can't be great IMO.

In theory continuous disclosure should continue while suspended . Look at KBC as they have had to announce court actions while suspended and are also still doing incremental updates on their take over offer of YOW. They area predatory fund of opportunity and they know the rules inside out and push the limits IMO.

So NUH is obliged to announce under disclosure IMO but many in ASX companies simply go silent and use the excuse that no trades could happen so it doesn't disadvantage anyone wish is incorrect as you can do off market and also it affects other actions in market . There is stuff all action by ASIC as we all know from the toothless pet pussy.
