Q2 had cash income of $500+G but the delayed Walmart settlement would mean cash from Walmart would not have started until end of January 2024, although they would have had the numbers for sales. If there is a demonstrable upwards trajectory from Q2 to Q3 maybe that could be used to justify continued investment, CR etc. We would only know by a Q3 Report, if it gets that far. Sales were not as good as hoped for according to the last webinar, certainly not indicative of leading soon to profitability. If there was to be a problem with going concern they would have known this at the time of that webinar despite presenting the usual optimism. Have they used late lodgement of the half yearly to cause suspension so they can have time to source all possible avenues for funding, or are they wringing every remaining dollar out of the company before liquidation? As long as there is product, delayed settlement cash from Walmart and others will still be coming in for a couple of months yet. " Restructure" gives some sense of optimism for continuing business. So far, they have managed to keep raising funds while never nearing profitability. Can they do it again?
