maybe I’m missing something, but it feels a shame they didn’t pursue this pathway to profitability with more vigor.

Not sure how the relationship is with HP, but if management had been able to negotiate with HP to display and sell the HP Hearing Pro alongside other buds/headphones on the HP website (without HP needing to create a new hearing category), that could have helped with sales.
