The CEO and CFO are not signing and lodging the accounts until their "strategic initative" is completed, whatever that means. It is a deliberate delay not a hesitation.
It could be very bad, neutral or very positive.
To date they havent lodged any notice re capital raising or administration so that is a positive
Here is the problem, "strategic inititatives" have nothing to do with lodging the accounts for the period 1/7/23 to 31/12/23. Zero, yet this is being used for some reason.
This all comes back to the inept management of Justin Miller, this guy needs to go. He has demonstrated that he doesnt understand the role of what a CEO is and the fiduciary responsibility that it carries. And where is the board in relation to this.
Nevertheless , all correspondence should be sent to the Chair Cheryl Edwardes ([email protected]), she is required to document and record all correspondence directed at the Board and management and make it available to the Board.
