Dcx is not in a good place
Most of Carnabys value is in tenements they own 100% They also are cash rich and have extensive Queensland tenements plus WA
The fair value option would yield very few dollars
This would be the only route for Dcx if Carnaby decided to mine on ground where Dcx has 17%.
Next alternative is cash through a raising
As the share price has fluctuated between 0.001and0.002 in the last 6 months the likely price would become the raising price of 0.001
the good news is Carnaby MD is a pretty good sort and I am sure he will offer a fair price providing you dont have unfounded dreams
Discosure I sold my holding sometime ago at 0.004 but good luck to all and hope yopu have enough to launch your new dreams

I doubt a full takeover will happen too as i said , others suggested a takeover. I did mean around 1 full cent based on all the assets and i dont think that would interest cnb . It wasn't a ever a take over based on them saying change of activity will require suspension to conform with listing rules.
