It's likely to be 'crickets' on the possibility of a progress update if past Ann's are a measure.
I'll volunteer to send BC a message on LinkedIn and via our website to ask about this and suggest a few other ideas.
If quite a number of us concerned SH all send a message re 'where are we at?', he might just take notice and give us an update.
Complacency from us SH will not reap any rewards.
A bit of diplomacy in any correspondence would be advised.
