Conico is not dead. The ASX imposed a trading suspension because the half year report didn't turn up on time.
The scoping study financial assumptions are under the ASX/ASIC microscope and over-supply of nickel from indonesia coupled with a manipulated cobalt price has dampened the real NPV.
Might as well just go in the bottom draw for now until the supply chain for critical metals gets sorted.
The suspension maximum period is 2 years after that delisting, so plenty of time for this to revive.
