    VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
    In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Power Minerals Limited (ASX: PNN) (Company or
    PNN) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from ASX, effective immediately
    pending the announcement of the capital raising and strategic acquisition.
    The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the commencement
    of normal trading on Wednesday 27 March 2024 or when the capital raising and strategic
    acquisition is announced to the market.
    The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about
    the voluntary suspension
