This appears to be the first year ever that their auditor Deloitte has been so late with the audit that it could not be included with the ASX announcement of the HY or FY report. KSL obviously chose to issue their unaudited HY report so that investors were not kept waiting for their results. Obviously the CFO forgot that he had not ticked the audit box on his records. They have had a reasonably recent change of CFO with the position being held by an acting CFO for some time and I would reckon those ructions may have had a bit to do with that. The good thing that should be noted is that the ASX records are obviously spick and span and they picked it up as missing. I am not too fussed about it. It was not as though they were hiding anything.
