Yes, I just read the auditor's report twice and could not find anything of concern. If it was the auditor being swamped and missing deadlines (thanks Mauombo) then I imagine the board would be loath to point the finger (not cool) and so would simply say nothing by way of explanation. If it was an administrative oversight by the company, then some explanation/apology seems called for along with an assurance that processes have been put in place to preclude any repeats.
