Yes. Write to ASIC. Go to their website and use the complaint form. It's easy to understand, open to the public and you don't need to be a corporate lawyer to fill it in. ASIC is so under-resourced and cases cost so much money to prosecute that they now only take legal action when the case is clear and almost-certain to win. For every Melissa Caddick (if you know her case) there are a thousand companies and individuals who are just as guilty but the case is too difficult to prove. OSX is one of those rare examples that is so blatant and the paper trail so easy to follow (Jeez, they even spelled out the repayment terms in the loan contract!) that to NOT pursue the case would be grossly and obviously negligent.
