The debt is tight, and we can see refinancing is the short term goal from the half year presentation. They could have other growth opportunities and needs money which we don't know.
If the company is not looking for funds, there will be no reason to sell the business and delist from ASX espeically the positions of large shareholders don't change. In this buyout, the only cash out for large shareholders is 25% of Madison Dearborn's total shares (7.5% of total company share). Otherwise large shareholders are just moving their position from APM to another company.
There is a reason behind for them to change ownerships, so I suspect they need funds.
