Capital raising at AUD 2 per share with total amount 400 million is really good, this will really boost the share price much higher. However, the large shareholders are not willing to dilute their shares at AUD 2 per share unless they have the ability to capital raising on the same basis. In the current situation, I think APM needs more funds, but the large shareholders are not willing to do capital raising at AUD 2 per share without their participation. That is why they are selling us minority shareholders and keep their position. Once APM is delisted from ASX, they may disucss a new capital raising price. I feel sorry for IPO individual shareholders, and I don't see APM's board is performing on an ethical manner. However, as long as they do things lawfully, ethics won't be the top priority. Just my own thoughts.
