I feel sorry for IPO individual shareholders, and I don't see APM's board is performing on an ethical manner. However, as long as they do things lawfully, ethics won't be the top priority.

Just my own thoughts.

if the majority shareholder intends to keep their existing holding and sold out the retail shareholders to keep their interest the same in the newly unlisted entity. Say at $2 matching cvc.. the retail shareholder (long term) will more or less 40% from the ipo price...

If that is the case, I would say very harsh and morally wrong...
if the word moral exists in this deal...
