"Description

The securities of HeraMED Limited (‘HMD’ will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of HMD, pending the release of an announcement regarding changes in Directors and Management, the restructure of the business, associated capital requirements and proposed financing to fund ongoing operations of the business which is critical to the Company’s financial viability"


1. The voluntary suspension is necessary to assist the Company managing its continuous disclosure obligations pending an announcement in relation to changes in Directors and Management, the restructure of the business, the financial position of the Company, associated capital requirements and proposed financing to fund ongoing operations of the business (Purpose) which is critical to the Company’s viability.

2. The Company requests that the suspension remains in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the Purpose or prior to the commencement of normal trading on 29 April 2024.

3. The Company believes continued trading of its securities is likely to be materially prejudicial to its ability to complete the proposed financing.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
