I've got one final rebuttal for the doomers before we see what the outcome is.
if it is bad news, why would they have halted before they tapped the ATM facility? You'd imagine they would have done the full dilution ahead of any further bad news, because doing so afterwards would exacerbate the issue.
anyway, we'll see.
