Suspect its just normal delay/process given its related to the government...all will be revealed I guess Friday. I'm not jumping at shadows and getting worried.
My 2c is that it is related to approvals to export LiCl as its too early for Phase 2 permit approvals, expect those in Q3 2024 (Phase 1 took ~9mo; submitted start of Nov 2022 and granted start of Aug 2023).
