All very curious. Sounds to me like they got a formal letter from the authorities about something that they would have to announce straight away. They have now suspended the stock while they are negotiating about it. That would probably indicate there is something negative about it. The issue, whatever it is, may also explain delay by Glencore. But I am only guessing.
