Existing holders don't want to pay those inflated prices, especially with the dilution required.
Hoping the team have found a smart acquisition at a good price.
Doesn't need to be game changing (material transaction here could be $500k) at this point.
But with turnaround of company financials, could get the market cap back to $20m quicker.
Then the real acquisition strategy can be implemented.
