Can't be bad if they pay themselves in shares? Have to come out of suspension to cash them in.. They wouldn't get zip trying to sell lots of them on market, they would have to do it over months, and they can only do it in short windows too.
Only way is to pump it up selling small bundles along the way. Or actually find something.
10% placement approved. 8 million shares at 0.05 = 400k 0.08 = 640k 0.10 = 800k - (Forever the optimist)
