PROVARIS ENERGY LTD (PV1) – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Provaris Energy Ltd (the Company) requests a voluntary suspension be implemented for the Company’s securities
(ASXV1) quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, prior to the
commencement of trading on Tuesday, 4 June 2024.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to the request:
1. Further to the Company’s request for a trading halt dated 31 May 2024, the Company is still awaiting further
information from Prodtex AS, including a response to specific questions, to determine the status of the Company’s
prototype tank contract (Tank Contract).
2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the Company releases an
announcement regarding the status of the Tank Contract (which is anticipated within approximately 2 business
days).
3. The Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP) closed on Friday 31 May 2024 and the scheduled date to issue securities
under the SPP (and announce the results of the SPP) was initially set for Wednesday 5 June 2024 (Issue Date).
Pending further information regarding Prodtex AS and the Tank Contract being made available to the Company,
the Company may need to extend the Issue Date to enable it to make adequate disclosure to the market (and
confirm any implications for the SPP).
4. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary
suspension.
5. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
