I agree with this analysis. Even with a monster like Amazon, there's still room in the market for another player. Perhaps not a huge company, but a well run and profitable company.
But when money is cheap and bankers are in your ear talking about explosive growth opportunities eager to facilitate deals and take their guaranteed commission with no downside risk, you need real leadership who understand their business and the market to make solid business decisions. Sadly, looks like this company didn't have it!
I'm wondering whether there is anything salvageable or whether the business is wound up. Let's see if the next announcement provides any guidance.
