Call me a cynic, but I cannot help wondering whether this yet to be announced material acquisition was prompted by the ASX Please Explain letter. I was initially thinking that the significant recent SP rise was a pump in preparation for the previously announced imminent capital raise. Leak or Pump? Perhaps both.
