The biggest lie is probably the shariah compliance financing story they wove and the shut bank accounts. If you read the GPA you will see that (Besra) they can buy gold from third parties to make the payment to Quantum if need be.
And I am left wondering how can that possibly be shariah compliant!?
The whole shariah thing was a way to buy them more time IMO. It looks like we are at the end of the road though.
It’s a fine line between what they have been doing and a fraud.
