Don't worry too much all share holders. IMO Quantum confirmed with Besra that they have transferred the money, then Besra has to put it under TH. It is the 1st time they transfer the money from their US$ bank account in Australia to Besra, so it may take few days to clear. When Besra have received the money then I will announce.
I would say it will back to trading normal tomorrow with an announcement that the money has been received.
