1. Quantum owners are not in control of Besra
2. Top 40 own 70 %, Quantum 30% so the rest of T40 own 40% so no takeover possible without our approval.
3. Best go back and read what was said and discussed at AGM in Dec 2023 and you might have a better understanding of what has been going on and where we are heading.

No need for conspiracy or BS there is way too much money in the game. Just a few hiccups, same as every other company.
Unfortunately there are a few disgruntled people and paid down rampers with only one agenda. Meanwhile larger shareholders are holding and accumulating.
