    This from the ASX Announcement:

    The Second Court hearing for approval of the Scheme is scheduled for Tuesday, 18 June
    2024. If the Scheme is approved by the Court, the Effective Date and the last trading day in
    CSR Shares on the ASX is expected to be Wednesday, 19 June 2024.
    If the Scheme is approved, it is then expected to be implemented on Tuesday, 9 July 2024.

    So i think we are safe for a CGT event this year, looks like we may get our payment on 9 July though.
