i do wonder what happened about that AAT decision that NSX "won" . i always thought it was about the decision where NSX was told to stay in their lane and under the " supervision" of ASX (rather than under asic cos they were a asx competitor).
never did hear anymore about that ruling where asic had to reconsider the NO. all i can think is that asic did reconsider the NO and ......... came up with NO again. prolly did all that reconsidering in the lift on the way down from the AAT decision meeting......
