You seem to know a heap about this mine from your previous years mining it profitably. Couple of queries

I think I have found the plant here 100 TPD Modular Gold Tailings Plant - Nelson Machinery & Equipment Ltd. which is listed still for sale on Nielsen machinery website. Was owned by a canadian company that owned it for 30 years and has since failed. The desription suggests it is a tailings plant capable of processing 100TPD crushing and grinding to only 75 microns.

I read the company announcements in the metaurgical work and it says gold doesnt free up at anything above 120 microns and produces sulphide waste. What does this all mean for prodction any time soon using thsi plant?

In your view is the Access arrangment the last hurdle as the company has announced and what does it allow them to do as they still dont yet appear to have the

-) Authority to enter and Operate
-) Traffic Managment Plan
-) A road capable of handling 10 T trucks
-) Site or Resource Consent for the plant
-) Experienced specilaised gold miners as you have suggested
-) Tailing dam you mentioned
-) an orebody as Mystery is only 14000 oz of inferred resources in their reports which at 100tpd means the plant stops operating after only 5 months.

5 months at whatever % gold produced by this untested and as to yet be inspected plant doesnt seem tp pay the bills.

What do you estimate that the above will take in time and money?

The same team said the same things a year or two ago and didnt do much with all teh money raised judging by the annual expenditure year on year in the annual reports.
