This board either has a wicked sense of humor or clueless when they on page 3 of the Annual report claim one of the company's achievements was"

"Appointment of a new auditor, supporting our goal of continuous improvement in our accounting systems and practice"


Looks like their new auditor took one look and decided there was no way he would put his name to this companies numbers.

The irony is in 2023 Annual report (https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02681424-6A1156240 page 4) they were giving themselves a pat on the back for doing their own work:

We brought our financial reporting in-house with our Company Secretary taking over CFO responsibilities. This streamlined financial function is working very well, with half and full year reports prepared by our internal team"

Good job team NTL give yourself another pat on the back ...
