They have gone into a 'voluntary' trading halt in NZ.

Good opportunity for asx shareholders to have their shares transferred by Computershare to the NZ register (takes a a couple of forms and couple of days) so that should they ever come back on its more likely to be on the NZX (read what you want into that), and you can possibly exit.
Amusing how the announcement acts like they were surprised:
." The Company wishesto halt trading of its securities on the NZX Main Board pending further consideration by theBoard of the steps necessary to demonstrate compliance with ASX Listing Rule 12.2. andthe potential implications for NTL’s intended Capital Raise"
There is not a chance the the board did not know that the Auditors were going to disclaim an opinion for weeks now, ("as they rushed out 'positive announcements") and their lawyers Chapman "charge like a wounded bull " Tripp, would have known what the implications were.
Unless off course they all are to busy with their day jobs (except for the otherwise unemployed one) to care.
