For completeness the NZX guidance note on suspensions inn in these types of instances states this states:

NZX may also apply a suspension in circumstances where an issuer is subject to an insolvency event, such as the appointment of a liquidator or receiver and there is sufficient uncertainty as to the state of the issuer as a going concern. In these situations, NZX may apply a suspension to protect investors.
