imo, theyve most liekly come to a settlement agreement , in principle, but would likely need more than a few days to draw up the legal paper, enagage the world bank who are likely requiring sign off for any $$ the GOT spend as part of the 1.1bn funding package agreement.
organise for funds availability and remittance , takes time. prob week once all papers are signed.
29th July might be standard practice with suspensions i.e thats the max time allowed perhaps before next step.....
i expect next week late we get the announcement
