Its not called mismanagement its called robbery and theft.. where else can you buy a venture never intend to trade, lie to investors, scam all the money for you ludacris amout of wage never lift a finger or shovel only to say oh opps this company doesnt make any money..
the AXS should investigate these people and never be allowed to be directors or any type of Management on the AXS again
