its usually based on VWAP over last 10 days so somewhere around 70 by my eyeballing it
the brokers always try and push it down in the last few days as happened here and then beg for a discount because they are doing us a favour by making money out of doing nothing and after the deal they have to drink lots of expensive red wine to celebrate their greediness
