The QTR report will be interesting to read, it doesn't sound like they have been able to resolve the issues with the inland strands if they are not willing to move the PCB to the inland strands to continue processing.
If my assessment is correct, the Ultra Galaxy is located 3.8km from the mine,
If this is correct, it might explain why they have ceased production while the oil spill is being addressed, but still doesn't give me much confidence that the mine has been able to resolve all of its issues. (Hench why they were looking to sell it to GMA Garnet)
