Well that addresses the Tormin ownership issue but is separate from failure to lodge periodic reports that covers a period BEFORE the funding issue became apparent (supposedly).

Awaiting with bated breath on the profitability of Skaland Graphite and Tormin (before its untimely ejection from the MRC family).

Last time I checked suspension only prevents trading but not lodging of periodic reports by entities listed on the ASX. This is not a chicken and egg problem. The plot thickens.
