I agree they wouldn’t do a cap raise if the royalty agreement is enough but I think it’s a case of one or the other at this point.
If they’re going to do a minimal royalty raise and do a cap raise off the back of that they wouldn’t need to do a suspension so I feel like it’s a bit more than that.
I think they’re trying to finalise a big royalty funding agreement, and they’ve suspended to give them time to close it, and if they don’t close it we’ll see a cap raise
