Makes sense to go into suspension to finalise funding arrangements. Only assuming here... but with 47k in the bank at the end of June I dare say we would be trading insolvent up until further funding comes our way.
Hoping the i's can be dotted and the t's crossed on funding so we can focus on the project steps to a PFS rather than worrying about talking about avoiding dilution.
The negative here is we have had multiple royalty agreements and in addition to that, an under subscribed cap raise in recent times and we are no closer to a PFS.
The positive - a fantastic resource and very viable project on our hands. Which is why we are here!
