REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Altech Batteries Limited (ASX: ATC, FRA: A3Y) requests a Voluntary Suspension for its securities, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.
The Company requests that the Voluntary Suspension end on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on 6 August 2024, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the Voluntary Suspension should not be granted. Nor of any other information necessary to the inform the market about the Voluntary Suspension.
