There is corruption both sides I think, which is sad, but human nautre. I agree Govs have gotten worse and worse, which is also a serious worry. I just cannot see why the star or any casino needs money given to it. There are much better things to give money to. The casino will not go anywhere people as you say like them, so it has to be better to have the best operator you can operating them.
